Effebiesse is equipped with a modern chemical laboratory to monitor galvanisation, a crucial phase in the production cycle.
Analyses are carried out every day to test the stability of the galvanic process in order to guarantee constant surface quality for die-cast zamak products.
Special machinery can test bathroom accessories, components and small items to check their corrosion strength (“cass test” ref. uni en iso 9227:2006 european standard) and guarantee their use even under the most unfavourable conditions.
Moreover, sophisticated machinery is used to check the thickness deposited during the galvanic process.
