Effebiesse is equipped with 20 robotised polishing islands, tens of semi-automatic machines and personnel highly qualified for manual grinding and polishing.
In some cases, it is still necessary to polish zamak pieces manually in order to guarantee the best process quality.
The company is also equipped with several machines for tumbling die-cast parts using plastic chips. The material processed by these machines is used for painting.
Washing removes any residue paste remaining after the polishing process.
This phase is very important because the components ready for galvanic finish must be free of any surface impurity in order to achieve a better aesthetic result.
