During the electroplating cycle, a modern in-house chemical laboratory performs daily analyses and checks to monitor process stability and ensure consistency in the surface characteristics of zamak components.
At the end of the production cycle, every item is subjected to checks according to statistical sampling procedures, verifying dimensional, aesthetic and functional compliance with the specifications requested by the customer.
For specific production lines, Effebiesse is also able to carry out visual inspections with 100% selection, ensuring an even greater level of attention on the most critical components.
The quality control department also has instruments dedicated to checking the thickness of electroplated coatings and carrying out corrosion resistance tests, including the CASS Test according to UNI EN ISO 9227, to ensure reliability even in the most demanding environmental conditions.
